Etere NCRS OCX is the ActiveX browser that permits searching and previewing contents between a Newsroom system and Etere. Etere NCRS OCX permits, for example, to preview from the News interface the proxy video of an asset stored in the database.
Etere NCRS OCX provides the following features for media management:
•Asset data management: Search, view and modify assets stored in the Etere database,
•Index asset's media: Define logical segments for the assets' linked lowres media,
•Direct media insertion: Preview assets' segments and insert them into the Newsroom playlist.
