Air Sales Scheduler is the dedicated air-time programming tool for contractual events, it forms part of the Etere Air Sales module, offering the maximum of accuracy and flexibility on events placements within commercial schedules. It features an intuitive interface that enables an easy scheduling management.
As illustrated in the figure above, Air Sales Scheduler is a complete, modular and scalable system for commercial planning. Seamlessly integrated with reporting and invoicing modules, it enables the management of all scheduling requests derived from approved sales proposals or commercial orders either automatically or manually. This is done through a dedicated booking server that will run the scheduling process, placing all events that fulfills the criteria into the playlists while those which not are placed in virtual containers.
Note
Please note that the Air Sales Scheduler will process (i.e. automatically schedule) only those order lines linked to a single asset, order lines linked to more than one asset will be skipped since they are intended to be scheduled using the Multichannel Asset Change module.
