6.1 What is EtereWeb BMS

The BMS in EtereWeb allows broadcasting companies to manage the licensing rights process, control and monitor the rights status of single and multiple assets (seasons) including planning rights management and scheduling.

Purchase Order
Function - Search Purchase Order
Description : Search the database for assets matched the criteria, you can filter assets by asset type, asset code asset description, line description, etc

Function - New Purchase Order
Description : Create a new order with general information such as contract start date and end date, the name of supplier and producer, order description.

Settings

Function - Link Areas
Description : Define the template linked area for each licensed station.

Function - Media
Description : Define the media (e.g. Satellite, Web) to be used for diffusion of rights.

Function - Platforms Template
Description : Define a specific media and territories to be used as the platform template.

Function - Template Areas
Description : Create template to associate with the specific media and territories.

Function - Territories
Description : Create territories (e.g. China, Italy, France) to associate with territory group when defining the diffusion of rights.

Description : Create territory groups (e.g. Asia, Europe, Africa) to define the diffusion of rights.

Function - VOD Active List
Description : This module search the active listing of VOD.

Function - VOD Calendar
Description : This module search program within specific date range on selected platform(s).

Function - VOD Delivery Status
Description : This module display the delivery status of VOD by respective T-workflow within specific date range on selected platform(s).

Function - VOD New Contract
Description : It allows to create new contract within specific date range on selected platform(s), and indicate the T-workflow to execute the contract.

Description : This module search the VOD contracts on specific platform (s).

Description : This module view and define the columns.

Reports
Function - Reports
Description : Display a list of available reports related to BMS.  Upon fulfill the report parameters, you can preview the specific report or download the report in Etere supported format.
