Under the Archived section, all the proposals which have been approved or rejected would be displayed. Archived proposals can be viewed by right-clicking on proposal and selecting the appropriate option:
Filters
Period - Specify the validity period of proposals to be displayed.
Customer - If configured, only the proposals/orders associated with the specific customer would be displayed.
Proposal code - If configured, only the proposals/orders matching the given code would be displayed.
Spot code - If configured, only the proposals/orders matching the given spot code would be displayed.
Include orders not derived from proposals - If checked, orders set as "approved" would be displayed (alongside with approved proposals).
•View proposal: It allows to consult the proposal in read-only mode.
•Modify proposal: It allows to change the proposal lines and the expiry date (i.e. this requires the 'enable users to change the expiry date' to be active) to make the proposal valid again.
