How to Enable Bedug Log x64

ETERE 64-bit application logs are disabled by default.

In case of issues, logging must be enabled and the problem must be reproduced after activation.

To enable logging, go to Configuration > Configuration Editor > Logs > Logs Management and set Log Level to 4, which activates text file logging required for debugging.

After applying the change, save the configuration and restart Etere Studio Player (mandatory).

The Configuration Editor must be run as administrator on the workstation where Studio Player is running.

Once enabled, reproduce the issue and collect the log files from the Studio Player server by compressing (zipping) the following folder on each system:

C:\Users\user.domain\AppData\Local\Etere\Log

Then send the logs to ETERE Support at support.ai@etere.com to start the assistance procedure.
