BILLING

Report Title - Agency settlement rebates notice (*)
Brief Description: All the invoices that have changed (e.g., due to a rebate) after issuance.

Report Title - Debtors list (*)
Brief Description: A list of all unsettled invoices, grouped by the Customer and divided into four monthly periods: 0-30, 30-60, 60-90 and over 90 days.

Report Title - Invoice (*)
Brief Description: Quick preview and print of an invoice for a specific fiscal year.

Brief Description: All the invoices are created within a certain period for a specific customer.

Report Title- Commercials scheduled differently than planned (*)
Brief Description: Report all the commercials designed outside the space specified by the order to which they belong.

Brief Description: Report of events (of a specific type) that the station has broadcasted across a certain time range.

Brief Description: Create a report of the schedule structure for a certain period, detailing important commercial space usage information for each block (and segment).

Brief Description: A quick way to see what free spaces are available in a schedule.

Brief Description: A report containing all transmitted events managed by the account executive, including the customer order, date and time of transmission, duration, status, etc.

Report Title- Budget Status
Brief Description: A report containing the annual budget of account executives, agencies, and customers.

Report Title- Customer Budgets by Account Executive
Brief Description: A report containing the budgets for all customers related to certain account executives, detailing the budgets for the whole year. 

(*) Reports marked with a red asterisk require a configured and running Etere Reporting Services server. In contrast, the rest of the reports don't require special configurations or services to be generated.

Note
Reports related to schedules and invoices are generated for scheduling and invoicing purposes based on the station's rollover time and when the television day starts. Refer to the Invoicing: Important Considerations chapter for detailed information.
