4.5.1.2 Instalments

The Installments tab is activated only if the option "Paid in installments" is enabled in the order. It displays the payments arranged with the customer for the specific contract.

It also calculates the total amount of the installments inserted and the difference from the contract's total.

If no installment has been arranged, you can click on the "Add installment" EtereWeb_Air_Sales_Lines_Asset-03 button to insert a new installment and enter the expiry date of installment and total payable amount as agreed by the customer. After which, click the "Add" button to insert the installments.

Once an installment exists, additional buttons would appear on the top right corner, and you can put a check on the installment using the "Edit installment" button to modify the selected installment or the "Remove installment" button to delete the chosen installment.

The same operations are available in a drop-down menu when you click on the button.
