4.4.2 Search Price List

In this section, you can search for user-defined price list in the system.

Parameter : Description
Description : Enter the short description when the price list was defined.
Parameter : From data – To date
Description : Indicate the date range to include all price lists.
Parameter : Only expired
Description : Enable this option if you want to filter only the expired price list.
Click the <Apply Filter> button to filter price lists that matched the above criteria.
Once a price list has been inserted, by click on the options button the user can edit the price list, delete the price list, set the price list as expired and define the conversion table for the selected price list.
Price List conversion table
The conversion table allows to define the "price ratios" to be applied for specific duration intervals as accordance to the table shown below:

Using the table above and a price list rate of 250€, a spot with a duration between 15 seconds and 30 seconds, will cost 250€ (250 * 1.000). Instead a spot lasting between 40 seconds and 60 seconds (1 minute) will cost 500€ (250 * 2.000).

A new price ratio can be added by filling the fields above the table and pressing “Add” button.
NB: Please note that, when adding a price ratio, the duration ranges should not overlapped. For example, in the table above, user should not insert a different price ratio for spots with duration between 25 and 35 seconds, or it will overlap with the first price ratio and the system will return an error.

By selecting the options button the user can Edit or delete a price ratio.
