By right-clicking on the Order Lines list, you will access a menu which allows you to perform the most commonly-used functions for commercial order scheduling; the features include:
New line: Creates a new order line (see the Inserting a New Order Line for further info).
Delete line: Deletes the currently selected order line.
Duplicate line: Creates a duplicate of the selected order line; this option will save you time if you intend to create a new order with very similar order lines to the current one.
Create remainder: Generates a new order line as a duplicate of the selected order without featuring the runs already scheduled and aired; the newly created order line will only contain 'runs' intended to be scheduled and aired.
Virtual Document: Allows you to link digital documents to the current order line; digital copies can be retrieved from the local PC, the network path, a scanner or Etere's database (an already inserted document). This option is very useful because it uses paperless documents to simplify the maintenance of physical documents related to commercial orders.
Refresh (F5): Updates all the order lines' properties displayed in the list.
