The main menu of the Monitoring Console provides the following functions:
Menu - File
Description: This menu allows to close and exit the Monitoring Console.
Menu - SNMP
Description: Here will be possible to set and use some of the functions related to the SNMP Console View feature:
•Settings: Define the filtering parameters for the reception of SNMP messages.
•Manage all SNMP messages: Displays the SNMP messages received for ALL the displayed devices.
•Archive all active SNMP messages for all devices: This sensitive function sets the messages of all displayed devices as archived, thus cleaning all visual warnings from the monitoring console. You would need to respond appropriately (Yes/No) to the popup warming message for executing the archive command.
Alternatively, you can randomly select (or deselect) multiple messages from SNMP Console View and selectively archive SNMP messages for the devices.
•Auto refresh: You can set the auto refresh to automatically update the monitoring status using the “Update every (sec.)” parameter.
Menu - View
Description: Bring access to key monitoring tools that permit having an storage overview of the entire system:
•Database space monitor: Visualize very detailed information on the database storage status.

•Devices space cleanup: Launch the cleaning-up T-workflows for freeing space on specific devices.
