5.1 Ingest list

In the Ingest list section, you can view what are the assets scheduled within a specific number of days and determine which are the assets needs to be ingest. 

The Ingest List contains not ingested items present in playlist and alternative schedule.  Assets with no metafile attached, or live events, would not be listed.

In the Ingest List, the following parameters are required:

Template - Select one of the template configured in Configuration > Settings > Web Configuration > Web Ingest List to search for all assets scheduled but has yet to ingest.  All assets matching the template would be displayed with a countdown timer next to the closest on-air event.
If there is no template defined in the Web Ingest List, a default template would be loaded for all assets.
Search in following days - Specify the number of days (past and future) to be searched.
NB: For specific customer, an additional option “Show also assets not in the schedule” would be available.  If enabled, the assets produced by MAM module would be displayed, it includes assets produced on past 30 days inclusive of current day.
Next, click the <Show> button to filter the asset ready for ingest.
The following window would be opened. It shows the name of the selected template, the current date and time and a countdown which tell the user how much time is left until the time of the next not-yet-ingested on-air event.

NB: The search function does not filter asset ingested on specific date.   You must use the Ingest Date filter in Media Library to retrieve the assets.

The table below lists all the assets scheduled to be on-air within the time ranges specified in the template. They are displayed with different color codes configured in the template.
In the example above, the time ranges are configured in this way:
Yellow - 00:10:00.00 (all assets which would go on-air within 10 minutes are displayed in yellow)
Green - 00:15:00.00 (all assets which would go on-air between 10 to 15 minutes from the current time, are displayed in green)
Blue - 00:30:00.00 (all assets which would go on-air between 15 to 30 minutes from the current time, are displayed in blue)
NB: The color settings for ingest list is defined in Web Ingest List in Configuration module.
In the event if the information on the top panel are invisible, e.g. after a version upgrade, you can change the color scheme (e.g. BLUE 2020) to improve the visibility.
