4.4.1 New Price List

The Price List module enable you to create new price list, search and edit existing price list, as well as associate price list to a contract.

Under this section, you can create a user-defined price list to cater for specific requirements.
New_Price_List
Parameter : Description
Description : Give a short description to define the new price list.
Parameter : From date – To date
Description : The new price list would be valid for within the specified date range.
Parameter : Type
Description : Select an event type or multiple types of events to associate with the price list. If there is no existing event type associated to the price list, this parameter would contain NULL value and price list calculation remain unchanged.
Parameter : Apply to duration
Description :elect an option to calculation the price for spot duration:
•None: The price list would be used to calculate the price for all spots without taking the duration into consideration.
•Use table only: The price list would be used to calculate the price for the events based on duration defined in the conversion table.
•Specific value: The price list would be used to calculate the price for spots which duration is greater than the specified value.  Available duration range from 05 - 170, with incremental of 5.
Parameter : Notes
Description : Enter any additional description or instruction to associate with the price list.
Parameter : Default price color
Description : Select a default color to associate with the new price list.
The default price color assigned to the first line of the price list cannot be changed.
Parameter : Line description
Description : Enter a line description to describe the price list.
If this field is left blank, a warning message would be popup and the new price list would not be saved when the Save button is pressed.

Parameter : Top
Description : Pricing apply to events scheduled at the top segment of the block.
Parameter : Bottom
Description : Pricing apply to events scheduled at the bottom segment of the block.
Parameter : Priority
Description : Pricing apply to events scheduled consistently in the same segment position.
Parameter : Rotation
Description : Pricing apply to events scheduled across different positions in rotating basis
Parameter : Optimization
Description : Pricing apply to events scheduled on the emptiness position of the segment.
Click on the <Save> button to confirm the settings.

NB: From version “Etere310109_BETA.zip” or later, the newly created price list would be visible in both EtereWeb Air Sales and desktop applications.
