1.2.3.7 Access Web Support features

With web Support, users can send support tickets to Etere's support team, search existing tickets, or ask software-related questions to the staff. Web support is accessible through the Reserved area of Etere's site. 


 To access Support on Web, click Web support in the MENU section. To know more about our Web support option of the MENU section, see the snapshot on your right, 


• Search for an existing ticket

Users can search for an existing ticket in Web support.


To search for an existing support ticket, follow these steps:

1. In the Search section in the Reserved area, enter the following details:

• Number. In Number, enter the applicable ticket number.

• From and To. "In From and To," enter the applicable period when the ticket was created. 

• Status. From status, select the relevant status of the ticket. 

• Important. Select Important if the ticket is set as important. 


2. Click the Search option. 

After you click Search, the applicable incidents appear in the INCIDENTS section of the page. Click the pictures on your right to see a snapshot of the Search and INCIDENTS sections.

 

• Add a new incident 

Users can add a further incident in Web support.
