The following are the most common tasks and operations that users can do in the Reserved area or the Customer portal.
• Edit user password. Users can change, edit, or update their password in Support on Web. To update a password, follow these steps:
1. In the MENU section, click Edit Password.
2. When the edit password field opens, enter the following information in the applicable boxes:
• Old Password.
• New Password.
• New Password.
3. Click Save>>.
• View support fee. From the MENU section, click the Support Fee option to view the support details per user, including the fee and the expiration date.
• View contacts list. From the MENU section, click Contacts list to view important contact details of some of Etere’s teams.
• Access Public files. From the MENU section, click Public Files to access useful tools and information to help you manage Etere software.
• Access software updates. From the MENU station, click Software updates to view and download various versions of Etere software. Users can update the following information:
- Latest released version of software and its release date.
- 3rd party OEM software components used by Etere.
- Beta release of a software
- Latest release of a software
- User guide (CHM and .pdf documents)
- Release Notes
- Quick Guide for upgrading a software
• View list of licenses. From the MENU station, click License List to view more information about the licenses of Etere’s software.
• View specific licenses. From the MENU station, click Licenses to access specific objects of a license.
• View files. From the MENU station, click My Files to access and download files that are stored in a customer’s private directory. Users can also view the general information about the files such as the date and time when the files were first generated, its file size, the version number of the files before they download them.
• Upload files to the portal. From the MENU station, click Upload in My Files to upload files to the support portal.
• Log out. From the MENU station, click Log Out to sign out of the customer portal.
• Access Etere’s Online Help platform. From the MENU station, click Etere Help to access Etere’s Online Help.
